General:
The business relations between customers and Flying Moon Filmproduktion GmbH applies to the following General terms and conditions, where the contract language is German. For the purposes of these terms and conditions customers are consumers, entrepreneurs and other natural and legal people. A consumer means every natural person who enters into a legal transaction for a purpose that is outside his trade, business or profession. Customers for the purposes of these General Business Conditions are defined as individual consumers, companies and other natural and legal personae. A "consumer" can be any natural person who for any purpose other than own commercial activities (according to paragraph 13 of the German Civil Code) enters into a legally binding contract with Flying Moon Filmproduktion GmbH. A "company" for the purposes of these General Business Conditions can be a natural or legal person which enters into a business relationship with Flying Moon Filmproduktion GmbH which are related to non-salaried commercial purposes. The language of the contract is German.
Contract:
The purchase comes with delivery or by confirmation in writing.
Technical and design modifications:
We are expressly left to ourselves to carry out divergences in the descriptions and information on our homepage, in our prospectuses, catalogs and other textual documents in the course of technical progress concerning material state, color, weight, dimension, creation or similar signs, as far as these are reasonable for the customer.
Reservation of propietary rights:
Until full payment of the delivered goods, it remains our property. The buyer is entitled to resell the goods in an orderly course of business, but he assigns to us already now all claims in the amount of the invoice total (including tax) of our claim, that accrue from the resale against his customers or third parties. The purchaser is not entitled to pledge our goods, nor in any other way assign transfer of security.
Transfer of risks:
Flying Moon Filmproduktion GmbH to pay for shipments to consumers for the transportation risk. In all other cases, the risk is transferred to the shipper to the receiver on (§ 447 BGB).
Warranty:
For the goods supplied by us to the customer the legal warranty for defects at present 2 years is valid (§ §§ 433 FF BGB); with full buyers only in so far, as these followed their investigation and obligations owed after the §§377, 378 HGB correctly. For damage by inappropriate use or neglect of the maintenance notes no guarantee is taken over.
Partial effectiveness:
The action for voidness, or unenforceability of one or more of the foregoing provisions shall not affect the validity of agreements in other respects. This provision / s / is / are then replaced by the corresponding statutory provision.
Added only for commercial transactions:

2. Consequences of withdrawal:
