Prices and terms of condition:
Our asking prices as well as price-lists are, provided that nothing else was agreed, expressly and in writing, not-binding and under the reservation of our written confirmation of order. You apply for delivery from the office or warehouse. The valid prices during the day of the incoming orders in EUR are authoritative. This also applies to part deliveries. Our prices are for non-commercial customers, including VAT.
Germany:
Post and packaging (per consignment nationally) we charge a flat rate of 2.00 EUR including VAT
Europe:
Post and packaging (per consignment in Europe) we charge a flat rate of 5.00 EUR including VAT
Worldwide:
Post and packaging (per consigment internationally) we charge a flat rate of 9.00 EUR including VAT
The additional costs for any special packaging or special requests of service, at the request of the customer, we present the cost price. This is indicated in the invoice to the customer as a separate item.
The dispatch takes place in advance (paypal, bank transfer, exchange)
Delivery:
Delivery times and dates shall always be indicated as approximate and not binding, unless it is made by deviating written agreements. Also in this case, we reserve the right to correct and timely self-delivery by suppliers expressively. In the case of unforeseen events of force majeure and other circumstances that are not represented by us, either party can withdraw all or part of the contract. We reserve the right to the right to partial deliveries.
We are relieved of the contractual obligation of delivery, if an article is not available. At the same time, we commit ourselves to immediate information and to report any consideration received without delay.
